With the Globus family of brands, think of your entire vacation as one-stop shopping. Rather than spending hours researching flights to coordinate with your vacation start and end dates, let us handle the work. And when we book your flights, if there are any changes to your vacation schedule, we make the air changes for you. As a completely independent company, we have no ties to any one airline. We negotiate the lowest possible airfares with the world’s finest carriers on your behalf.
The Globus family of brands offers 2 air options—Flex Air and Instant Purchase Air. Flex Air allows flexibility if you want to make changes to your vacation schedule. Instant Purchase Air may offer additional airline options but has more restrictions. Some vacations may only offer one Air-type option.
Low Air-Inclusive Prices, Free Airport Transfers & 24-hour Emergency Air Service
Regardless which air option you choose when you book your air-inclusive Globus family of brands vacation, the transfer to and from the airport to your start and end hotel is included (on published departure and return dates). This can be a substantial savings and give you peace of mind. Airport transfers for U.S., and Canada tours will not be included and are not available for purchase. We also offer 24 hour emergency flight service, someone is always available to assist you with your flight request in an emergency from day of departure to the day you return.
Land-only vacation clients who make their own air arrangements on regularly scheduled direct or nonstop flights (not chartered flights) into terminals may purchase our airport transfer service.
Airport transfers can be arranged when you purchase extra nights before or after your vacation (except in Cuba, U.S., and Canada). Transfers cannot be provided when you join late or leave early. Flight information for air purchased separately from the Globus family of brands will be required at time of booking the extra night transfers and must be provided to the Globus family of brands prior to final payment.
You can e-mail the Globus family of brands your air itinerary with arrival and departure flights and dates with your invoice number (use the ‘Existing Reservation’ option on the e-mail form). Flight details should be sent apart from other correspondence. Flight details and payment must be received no later than final payment. Time and terminal limitations are provided.
Transfers will be provided only if confirmed by the Globus family of brands. Look for confirmation of your transfer in the travel documents.
Air Options
In most cases, you’ll be offered a choice of carriers and flight schedules as well as price points to choose from when selecting your flights. Your schedule will be provided to you at the time of booking (schedules are subject to change by carriers). The Globus family of brands monitors airline schedule changes as received and processes in departure date order. Air-inclusive price quotes will include all government-imposed taxes and fees applicable at the time of booking and will be shown as a Total Amount. (Please see “Applicable Airfare Taxes & Fees” section that follows). We offer low airfares for all of published Globus family of brands destinations from cities across the U.S. Call your travel advisor or Globus family of brands vacation planners for information. Air-inclusive reservations cannot be made later than 10 days prior to departure. Additional rules may apply.
Your eTicket receipt is published within your travel documents and will be sent two to three weeks prior to vacation departure. Based on availability, a service charge per reservation will be added for documents requested in advance, early air ticketing, and/or for 2 day delivery or for delivery to multiple addresses. For late bookings, travel documents, including the eTicket receipt, are sent after final payment is received. Special service requests such as special meals may be done by your Travel Advisor directly with the air carrier.
Please retain your ticket copy and boarding passes in the event you need them later for proof of your flights (to accumulate frequent flyer miles, for example). We are unable to supply ticket copies after your return. Some fare types may restrict or only allow partial mileage account accrual.
Upgrades
Business class and/or Premium Economy upgrades may be available for purchase. Please inquire with your Travel Advisor at the time of booking for applicable price quotes. NOTE: U.S. connection and intra-European flights typically do not have upgraded cabins available in conjunction with international upgraded service.
Booking your Vacation with Air
Guaranteed air-inclusive prices—air is only available to passengers traveling from the United States and only available when booked in conjunction with a land vacation. An additional non-refundable $300 air deposit is required for Flex Air booked in conjunction with any land vacation (i.e. air-inclusive vacation). Air can only be booked by the Globus family of brands in conjunction with a vacation package. Instant Purchase Air requires air payment in full at time of booking (i.e. air-inclusive vacation) plus non-refundable per person service fee ($30 for North/Central America, $50 for Europe/Middle East and $80 for all other destinations). Once booked, Instant Purchase Air is non-refundable, and non-changeable. Some vacations may only offer one Air-type option. However, once your air schedule is confirmed and the Globus family of brands has received your full air and land deposit, your air-inclusive vacation price is guaranteed.
The Globus family of brands reserves the right to ticket passengers upon receipt of full land and air deposits thus any subsequent changes and/or revisions to airline reservations (including name corrections) after receipt of full land and air deposit are subject to revision fees and/or airline imposed change or cancellation fees. Generally, these fees are up to $300 but in some instances may be up to 100% of the ticketed price. Any change or correction to your air reservation name could be subject to higher fares, new schedule, and/or cancellation.

Air-Inclusive Vacations—Applicable Taxes & Fees
Air-inclusive vacation include government-imposed taxes and fees applicable at the time of booking and will be shown as a Total Amount. Additional airline fees for baggage may apply. At the time of booking your air-inclusive vacation online, carrier Websites will be provided to check baggage fees, or you can visit www.iflybags.com for up-to-date baggage pricing/restrictions. For return travel from some countries, international travelers are required to pay entry and/or exit fees at the airport. These fees will be collected by the local government and are payable by the traveler at time of travel. Your confirmation booking information will contain information about these fees.

Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Requirements
Due to increased travel security around the world, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requires all passengers to provide their full name as it appears on their government-issued ID the passenger plans to use when traveling, date of birth, and gender. Known traveler number and redress number, if applicable, can also be provided. This information is required within 10 days of booking air with us.
Passenger Contact Information
The International Air Transport Association (IATA) requires that air passengers provide their contact details (mobile number and/or email) to the airlines providing flight services. This information is used solely by the airline to help contact the passenger in the event of irregular flight operations and disruptions. Globus family of brands customers will be asked to provide these details at the time of booking, but can also provide any time up to the day prior to departure. If a customer does not wish to provide this information it will be noted in the air reservation, however the passenger may not receive information from the airline relating to flight cancellation or schedule changes (including delay in departure).
